that the proposal would not affect their offices, administratively.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected due to this
proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would establish the composition and duties of a Missouri
Citizens' Commission on the Compensation for Elected Officials. This
Commission would be established under terms of section 3 of article XIII of
the Missouri Constitution upon approval of an amendment to that section of
the Missouri constitution.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program, would not require additional capital improvements or rental space,
and would not affect total state revenue.
