DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would remove the "principles and practices" portion
of the geological exam required for certification as a "geologist-registrant
in-training". The proposal would also waive the examination and course of
study requirements for certain individuals seeking certification as
registered geologists.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
