DESCRIPTION

This act allows a taxpayer owning property which is being taxed by two
different ambulance districts to petition the county clerk for an election to
remove the tax of one of the districts.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
