No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of
this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act, with an emergency clause, corrects a conflict between two printed
versions of section 278.080 relating to the soil and water districts
commission clarifying that the ex-officio member shall not have the power to
vote on matters before the commission. The proposal clarifies a quorum will
consist of four farmer members. It also clarifies the number of members
required to concur in the determination of matters with the in the
commission's authority.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
