ASSUMPTION
The Gaming Commission estimates tax receipts could increase by approximately
$60,000 to $80,000 annually as a result of this proposal. This estimate is
based on a 5% increase in receipts from the current pull tab tax collections
of $1,560,000.

this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal authorizes the use of seals and last sale features as a part of
pull-tab games, allows the use of vending machines to dispense pull-tab
cards, and allows certain information pertaining to pull-tab games to be
printed on the flare of the card.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space. The proposal would affect total state revenue.
