ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Transportation, the Office of
Administration, the Department of Health, and the Department of Conservation
assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies.
Department of Mental Health (DMH) officials did not respond to our fiscal
impact request. However, in response to similar legislation this session DMH
responded that there would be no fiscal impact to their agency.
Officials from the Department of Public Safety - Missouri State Highway
Patrol (MSP) officials did not respond to our fiscal impact request.
However, in response to similar legislation this session MSP responded that
there would be no fiscal impact to their agency.
Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan officials did not respond to our
fiscal impact request.

Small businesses would be expected to be fiscally impacted to the extent that
they would be able to offer new services due to the requirements of this
proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow a podiatrist to order health services rendered to
any patient being served by a home health agency.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
