and Office of the Governor assume that this proposal would have no fiscal
impact to their agencies.
Officials of the St. Louis County Assessor stated that the market value of
the property to be conveyed is $3,900. The assessed value of the property is
$1,250.
Officials of the Eureka Fire Protection District assume that this proposal
would have no fiscal impact to their district.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal would authorize the Governor to convey a parcel of land owned
by the Department of Corrections in St. Louis County to the Eureka Fire
Protection District.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
