No direct fiscal impact to small businesses is expected as a result of this
proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would allow a person who has completed 15 years or
more of service as an honorably discharged Navy corpsman and has completed
the required training of that position to be eligible to apply for and take
the Board of Nursing examination.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
