HB 213 -- REAL ESTATE DISCLOSURE SPONSOR: Treadway COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on Professional Registration and Licensing by a vote of 15 to 0. This bill makes a technical change relating to the client/broker relationship on the real estate broker disclosure form. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds. PROPONENTS: Supporters say that there was a technical error in HB 914 from last year; this bill just corrects it.
