This substitute establishes the Criminal Justice Network and
Technology Revolving Fund to be administered by the Missouri
Highway Patrol. The fund will be used for the procurement of
telecommunications and computer equipment, services, and
software associated with the criminal justice network. The fund
will be credited with monies from the purchase of Highway Patrol
motor vehicles, aircraft, aircraft parts, or flights and with
monies transferred from the MULES revolving trust fund.
FISCAL NOTE: Estimated Net Cost to Office of Administration
Resolving Trust fund of $609,000 in FY 1998, $150,000 in FY
1999, & FY 2000. Estimated Net Income to Criminal Justice
Network and Technology Revolving Fund of $0 to $609,000 in FY
1998, $0 to $150,000 in FY 1999, & FY 2000.
