on Consumer Protection by a vote of 14 to 0.

This bill sets forth disposition regulations when a child has
been born dead. Violations of these provisions is a misdemeanor.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the bill provides guidance to
hospitals and funeral homes and that it codifies the current
practice.

Association.
