PROPONENTS: Supporters say that institutions of higher

have found it difficult to license the vehicles to operate on
the highway because such vehicles are not equipped with the
required safety equipment.

Testifying for the bill were Representative McBride; and
University of Missouri.

OPPONENTS: No opposition was voiced to the committee.
