SCS/SB 7 - This act repeals existing rulemaking authority
for sixteen administrative entities and provides that any new
rules must be promulgated according to Chapter 536, RSMo, as
newly amended during the most recent legislative session.
Additionally, the bill clarifies that any rules currently in
existence are not rendered invalid by the revocation of prior
rulemaking authority.
