SCS/SB 89 - This act prohibits any person from possessing, concealing, delivering or attempting to deliver certain items into any jail, pursuant to rules adopted by the sheriff.

Under current law, the following items are prohibited in any county jail: 1) controlled substances; 2) alcohol; and 3) weapons.
