SCS/SB 204 - This act prohibits property owners, leasing agents, condominium associations, lessors or other persons from denying occupants from receiving cable service from any provider granted a franchise in a particular service area. An owner shall receive just compensation for installation of cable facilities after negotiations with the cable TV service provider, based upon the extent to which the facilities occupy or interfere with the dwelling and the enhancement of the value of the dwelling from the availability of cable TV service.
