SCS/SB 336 - The Post-Secondary Education Fund is created in the State Treasurer's office to assist incarcerated offenders who want to take college classes. The Department of Corrections shall deposit all profits from the inmate phone system into the fund. Subject to appropriation, moneys in the fund shall be allocated to each correctional facility.
