SCS/SB 380 - This act would allow the State Mental Health Commission to employ up to three persons to work at the pleasure of the Commission to provide necessary assistance in the performance of the Commission's duties and to assist the Commission in carrying out its planning functions and to perform other duties as directed by the Commission.

The provision allowing the employment of up to three persons terminates on August 28, 2002.
