SCS/SB 404 - Under this act, any Supreme Court Administrative Rule which conflicts with any law enacted by the General Assembly is void and unenforceable. This act specifically voids Administrative Rule 6.05, relating to the authority of the presiding circuit judge, and Administrative Rule 14.01, relating to the adoption of local court rules, which conflict with statute.

This act has an emergency clause.
