HCS/SB 59 - This act creates a specialized license plate for members or alumni members of a Missouri Chapter of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. The fee charged for such plates shall be the amount charged for personalized plates. The license plates shall bear the words "MISSOURI JAYCEES" in place of the words "SHOW-ME STATE".

SALES TAX ON VEHICLES - Transfers of motor vehicles and vessels within divisions of a leasing company which is also a dealer shall not be subject to sales or use tax. This provision is also contained in SCS/HB 394.
