SB 6 - This act revises the statute authorizing St. Charles County to form a County Convention and Sports Facility Authority to conform to the requirements of the Missouri Supreme Court's decision in Tillis v. City of Branson. The act removes provisions which effectively limited its application to St. Charles County.
