SB 33 - This act exempts any new public works project of less than $100,000, or public works project for renovation of existing buildings with an estimated cost of less than $50,000, from Sections 290.210 through 290.340, RSMo, of the prevailing wage law. The estimated costs shall be adjusted annually in accordance with the Consumer Price Index.

This act is similar to SB 513 (1996).
