SB 44 - This act relates to watercraft and establishes the "Water Safety Fund" in new section 306.017. For FY 1999 through FY 2007, $500,000 will be transferred each fiscal year from General Revenue to the Fund to be used solely for water safety programs sponsored by the State Water Patrol.

This act has an effective date of 10/1/97.
