SB 49 - This act allows retired state court judges, retired peace officers who were certified at the time of retirement, and retired prosecuting attorneys to carry concealed weapons. Under current law it is a crime for any of these retired officials to carry a concealed weapon.

This act is identical to SB 675 from 1996.
