SB 55 - This act changes the definition of "stoppage of work" for the purpose of determining unemployment benefit eligibility. Work stoppage is changed to: "a diminution of the activities, production or services at the establishment, plant, factory or premises of the employing unit" (currently, it reads "a substantial diminution...").
