SB 66 - This act repeals a section of law which requires that dental hygenists be employed by a dentist and that they work under the continuous supervision of the dentist. Another provision of law requires hygenists to work under the supervision of a dentist, but allows flexibility as to the degree of supervision within standards set by the Dental Board (Section 332.091, RSMo).
