SB 67 - Transportation corporations are authorized to enforce the collection of tolls upon toll bridges or highways in conjunction with the Department of Transportation and law enforcement officials. Various methods of toll collection may be used. Corporations operating a toll facility shall post a notice for drivers of vehicles to warn about the penalty for failure to pay toll.

PENALTY, PRESUMPTION - Criminal penalties of up to a $500 fine and six months in prison are included. Written reports, telephone calls and photo evidence shall raise a presumption that a certain vehicle violated the law. Violations may be reported through phone calls or written reports. Photo monitoring evidence shall be admissible in court and shall be presumed to establish the facts shown. Citations shall be issued by a law enforcement agency.
