SB 89 - This act prohibits any person from possessing, concealing, delivering or attempting to deliver any item into any jail if such item is prohibited by the Department of Corrections.

Under current law, the following items are prohibited in any county jail: 1) controlled substances; 2) alcohol; and 3) weapons.
