SB 91 - All owners of motor vehicles are required to present evidence of insurance at the time of vehicle registration. Notice of this requirement shall be given at least 30 days prior to the month for renewal. The promise to maintain financial responsibility during the year is made a legal declaration, a violation of which would be a crime.
