SB 99 - This act structures an automatic appointment and reappointment process for all salaried boards and commissions, similar to that already in place for the Missouri Ethics Commission.

Under this act, if the Governor fails to make an appointment or reappointment within 90 days after the expiration of the term, the office becomes vacant, and shall be filled in accordance with applicable law.
