SB 103 - At the present time Section 523.040, RSMo, provides for the appointment of three commissioners in certain condemnation proceedings. This act will require that one commissioner be a citizen at large, one shall be a real estate broker licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and one shall be a real estate appraiser licensed or certified by the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers' Commission. These commissioners must be residents of the county in which the real estate under consideration is situated.
