SB 141 - This act allows the Missouri Board of Pharmacy to establish classes or categories of pharmacy permits and set different operational standards for each class.

A person who reports information to the Board shall not be civilly liable for reporting that information.

In addition, the Board may obtain an injunction to stop a pharmacist or a pharmacy from operating if the pharmacist or pharmacy presents a probability of serious danger to a client.
