SB 151 - This act provides that due process hearings conducted by school boards shall be exempted from the administrative procedure requirements for "contested cases" under Chapter 536, RSMo, provided that they have written procedures to assure due process safeguards exist for such cases. This exemption is currently provided to institutions of higher education.
