SB 192 - This act makes several changes in the County Employees' Retirement System. Among the changes are:
(1) A county assessor must maintain a written log of assessment notices sent, number of personal property lists not returned and the number of penalties waived;
(2) An increase from nine to eleven in membership of the Board of Directors;
(3) Part time county employees may purchase prior service;
(4) Provisions are included in the event that member counties or cities adopt a charter or constitutional form of government.
