SB 212 - This act extends the life of the Kansas City sales tax for mass transportation until December 31, 2001. Without this change the tax would expire on December 31, 1997.

The act also deletes the requirement that the transportation authority be in full compliance with handicapped accessibility under provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act by December 31, 1997.
