SB 292 - Every person using machines to measure the moisture content of grains and seeds shall register the business with the Department of Agriculture and pay an annual registration fee of $10 per location plus $5 per addition machine. Any person violating Chapter 413, RSMo, relating to weights and measures, may be given the opportunity for an informal hearing.
