SB 312 - This act would increase the penalty for prostitution to a Class C felony if the person has a prior conviction and has illegal drugs in possession.

This act also give a judge discretion to suspend the driver's license of any person convicted of prostitution or patronizing prostitution if the act occurred in a motor vehicle within 1000 feet of a private residence.
