SB 329 - This act allows brewers to be licensed to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink at retail for consumption on the brewery premises and in the original package for consumption off the premises, regardless of any provisions of Chapter 311, RSMo, Liquor Control, or Chapter 312, RSMo, Nonintoxicating Beer, to the contrary.
