SB 347 - This act revises the statute which makes it a crime for a person with HIV to engage in behavior which could expose another person to the disease. The act makes it a crime to expose another person without the consent of that person. It also provides that contracting a sexually transmitted disease after being diagnosed as having HIV is prima facie evidence that the person has exposed another person to HIV.
