SB 352 - Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authorities (LCRAs) and cities using Tax Increment Allocation in redevelopment plans are authorized to acquire contaminated property and to remediate environmental problems. Also, the commissioners involved in these redevelopment plans are exempted from liability for their official actions.
