SB 355 - This act specifies the process by which any non- incumbent Congressional candidate files a signed, written term limits pledge.

Failure to sign such a pledge or signing a statement declining the pledge results in the candidate having the information "DECLINED TO PLEDGE TO SUPPORT TERM LIMITS" printed next to his or her name on the ballot.
