SB 368 - This act allows the County Collector to publish a list of lands with an assessed value of $500 or less without publishing the land description or names of the record owners in the local newspaper. The collector shall publish a notice that the above information on such lands shall be posted at the county courthouse.

This act contains an emergency clause.
