SB 390 - This act would extend the COLA cap provisions in SB 222 to the Highways and Transportation Employees' and Highway Patrol Retirement System.

Members of the above retirement system may receive new cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) after they reach the 65% maximum under the current COLA.
