SB 435 - Beginning January 1, 1998, only one license plate or renewal tab shall be issued for the registration of any motor vehicle. The plates shall be placed on the rear of passenger vehicles and school buses. The plates shall be placed on the front of trucks licensed over 12,000 pounds.
