SB 466 - This act authorizes the creation of a St. Louis Sports Complex Authority, to consist of five commissioners appointed by the Governor. The authority is required to study and review major sports leagues, clubs and franchises in the St. Louis area and to analyze possibilities for future growth and expansion.
