SJR 10 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, would allow regular advertising of bingo games and permit paid staff persons of licensed organizations to manage, conduct, and operate bingo games. The current two-year requirement of membership in a licensed organization before a member may participate in the operation or management of a bingo game is reduced to one year.
