SJR 13 - This Senate Joint Resolution, subject to voter approval, would change the deadline for filing initiative petitions with the Secretary of State from 4 months to 6 months before the election.

The SJR would be submitted for voter approval at the November 1998, general election, or at a special election called by the Governor for this purpose.
