SB 2 - This act provides for the appointment of five additional circuit court judges for the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit (St. Louis City). These judges will replace associate circuit judges who retire or leave the bench on or after August 28, 1997.

In St. Charles County, the Family Court Commissioner shall be elected rather than appointed. Such Commissioner shall serve a four year term.
