SB 241 - This act expands the term "road and bridge purposes" used in section 137.555, RSMo, to include certain storm water control projects off rights-of-way which are directly related to the construction of roads and bridges in certain counties which are specified in this act. The counties specified are Jasper, Greene, Boone and Jackson.
