SB 242 - This act creates the Wolfner Library Trust Fund for the purpose of administering the Wolfner Library and ensuring library services for the blind and physically disabled. All moneys and interest accruing to the fund shall stay in the fund and shall not be transferred to the general revenue fund at the end of the biennium.
