SS/SB 22 - This act provides that bonded indebtedness incurred by Linn State Technical College shall not be deemed an indebtedness of the state or the Board of Regents of the College. Existing law provides that such indebtedness shall be an indebtedness of the Board of Regents after the Linn State Technical College is established under Section 178.631, RSMo.

The act provides, in the definition of Linn State Technical College, that the institution is a public institution of higher education. Linn Technical College has historically been accredited as a secondary school with adult programs.
